Automotive Fixed Operations Manager

Lead Service and Parts operations at Dilawri Vancouver, using automotive expertise and strong leadership to strengthen performance and customer satisfaction.
The Fixed Operations Manager oversees both departments and reports to the General Manager. This leadership role directs teams, manages profitability and budgets, and maintains compliance with manufacturer, federal, provincial, and municipal standards. The position supports dealership business objectives through operational excellence.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead Service and Parts department operations and team performance
Manage profitability, expenses, and annual operating budgets
Develop objectives with dealership department leaders
Maintain warranty compliance and repair quality standards
Oversee parts purchasing, inventory, pricing, and vendor relationships
Requirements:
Two to four years in high-volume Fixed Operations
Luxury automotive dealership experience preferred
Knowledge of domestic and imported vehicle operation and maintenance
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
Full Class 5 licence and clean driving record
