EPCM Project Manager Mining

Manage EPCM and EPC projects for BBA, applying project leadership, risk control, and multidisciplinary coordination across mining and heavy industry.
This Senior Project Manager role requires consulting engineering experience and a record managing medium to large projects. You will coordinate engineering, project control, procurement, and construction management teams. The work includes preliminary studies, technical decisions, stakeholder expectations, and timely issue resolution.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead project delivery according to BBA and client requirements
Coordinate multidisciplinary engineering and project teams
Resolve technical, financial, schedule, and resource issues
Manage project risks and mitigation measures
Select personnel to control technical risks
Requirements:

Twenty years of relevant professional experience
Medium to large EPCM and EPC project experience
Mining or heavy industry sector experience
Experience managing preliminary studies and multidisciplinary teams
Strong negotiation and decision-making skills
Use project management expertise, business acumen, and collaborative leadership to deliver BBA projects across demanding industrial sectors.
