This manager will evolve Canadian Content Excellence capabilities across promotional and non-promotional content. Key Responsibilities:
Establish and evolve the Canadian Content Excellence operating model
Oversee promotional and non-promotional materials review workflows
Lead, coach, and develop the Canadian Materials Review team
Partner across functions to resolve complex content issues
Develop dashboards, benchmarks, and reporting frameworks
Requirements:
University bachelor's degree
Minimum six years of professional business experience
At least two years in healthcare or regulated industry
Problem-solving, analytical, collaboration, and influencing skills
Strong partner and project management skills
