Lead SAP WM incident, problem, request, enhancement, and defect management
Manage Level 2 and Level 3 production support
Troubleshoot warehouse issues and coordinate cross-team resolution
Lead major incident response and escalation management
Maintain runbooks, knowledge articles, and operating procedures
Requirements:

8+ years of SAP experience with significant SAP WM expertise
3+ years leading application support or service delivery teams
Strong SAP WM configuration and warehouse process knowledge
Experience supporting SAP ECC production environments
United States work authorization without current or future sponsorship
Lead remote SAP WM support at DXC Technology through production expertise, warehouse integration, and decisive service management.
