As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will expand Remitly's next-generation Customer Success platform. You will lead technical strategy, shape architecture, and create scalable software solutions. Your work will improve customer and agent experiences while supporting inbound contact handling and back-office automation.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical strategy for Customer Success Technology engineering systems
Shape architecture and technical roadmaps for scalable software
Translate requirements into high-quality frontend and backend solutions
Architect agentic AI applications and rich user experiences
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of software engineering experience
Leadership across frontend, backend, and user-focused development
Experience leading engineers on large features
Exposure to DevOps and CI/CD pipelines
Bring senior full stack engineering, technical leadership, and AI development experience to Remitly's Customer Success platform.
