Senior Technical Program Manager Banking

Lead complex technical programs across EQ Bank’s Digital Banking ecosystem using outcome-focused planning, risk management, and executive communication.
The Senior Technical Program Manager owns delivery from initiation through implementation, go-live, and transition. This role coordinates Engineering, Product, Business, Enterprise partners, and third parties. Success requires managing dependencies, governance, customer outcomes, reliability, and usability.
Key Responsibilities:
Establish integrated execution plans spanning teams, systems, and business domains
Maintain program outcomes, milestones, risks, dependencies, and decisions
Lead governance forums and Steering Committee discussions
Anticipate risks affecting customer outcomes and operational readiness
Mentor Technical Program Managers through guidance and peer review
Requirements:
Seven or more years leading complex technology programs
Experience across the full PDLC or SDLC
Advanced business, technical, analytical, and problem-solving acumen
Strong executive communication, influencing, facilitation, and collaboration skills
Financial Services or Insurance experience preferred
