Lead Tender Retail’s payment business as Executive Vice President, owning P&L results, strategy, growth, and customer outcomes across Canada.
Reporting to a Harris Group Leader, this senior leadership role directs sales, support, product development, and professional services. You will shape payment and point-of-sale strategy while guiding cloud and e-commerce modernization. The position requires bilingual French and English leadership across multiple geographies.
Key Responsibilities:
Own net revenue, margin, EBITA, and cash flow
Define vision, market positioning, and multi-year roadmap
Lead sales and account management growth initiatives
Prioritize product roadmaps and modernize payment solutions
Oversee support, implementation, and professional services teams
Requirements:
10+ years in progressive senior leadership roles
Full P&L experience in software, SaaS, payments, or retail technology
Strong payment industry and point-of-sale knowledge
Experience managing multifunctional, geographically distributed organizations
Bilingual French and English with excellent communication skills
Bring strategic, financial, and people leadership to Tender Retail’s payment platforms, point-of-sale solutions, and customer-focused growth.
