Store Operations and Sales Manager

Drive store operations, sales targets, and customer service as a Hub Manager responsible for a business exceeding $10M in annual revenue.
You will lead staff, control costs, and maximize results through budgets, market awareness, reporting tools, and merchandising initiatives. The role includes accountability for employee objectives, development, safety practices, documentation, billing, and compliance. Strong organization, communication, decision-making, and problem-solving skills are central to success.
Key Responsibilities:
Set and achieve sales and revenue targets for the store
Analyze business status using tools, metrics, and reporting
Research competitors and local market initiatives
Lead staff development, succession, and personal development planning
Ensure policies, legislation, safety standards, and SOPs are followed
Requirements:
Two to five years of management or leadership experience
Strong leadership, organization, and communication skills
Exceptional interpersonal, decision-making, and problem-solving skills
Quality and safety-focused approach to store management
Ability to multitask in a fast-paced team environment
Use sales leadership, market understanding, staff development, and operational discipline to strengthen store performance and customer engagement.
