As a Senior Software Development Engineer, you will expand Remitly’s next-generation Customer Success platform. You will architect workflows, launch high-impact capabilities, and improve experiences for customers and support agents. The work spans scalable software, AI applications, and cross-functional delivery.
Key Responsibilities:

Lead technical strategy for Customer Success Technology engineering
Shape architecture and technical roadmaps for software systems
Translate requirements into scalable, high-quality software solutions
Architect frontend, backend, and Agentic AI applications
Troubleshoot issues and perform root cause analysis
Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience
Six or more years of team-based software engineering experience
Frontend and backend leadership experience
Experience leading engineers on large features
Exposure to DevOps, CI/CD, and modern AI tools
Lead customer-focused software engineering at Remitly across scalable systems, intuitive experiences, and Agentic AI capabilities.
