Lead VDC/BIM standards and model coordination as Madison Group’s Senior VDC/BIM Coordinator in high-rise construction. Guide teams through design and construction phases.
This senior position manages BIM processes and technologies across Madison Group projects. You will collaborate with architects, engineers, contractors, and stakeholders while supporting planning, design, and construction activities. The work emphasizes accurate models, effective coordination, and improved project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
Develop BIM standards, protocols, and workflows for projects
Oversee BIM model creation, maintenance, and management
Facilitate coordination meetings and resolve design conflicts
Support teams using VDC/BIM tools across project phases
Audit models for accuracy, completeness, and compliance
Requirements:
University degree or college diploma in a related field
Minimum five years’ VDC/BIM management experience
Strong knowledge of BIM standards and best practices
Proficiency in Revit and AutoCAD
Strong project management and organizational skills
Bring VDC/BIM leadership, model coordination, and Revit expertise to Madison Group’s high-rise construction projects.
