Senior Offensive Security Advisor

Lead high-impact intrusion testing for Desjardins Group using advanced penetration techniques and network security expertise. Work across sectors on complex cyber scenarios.
As a senior advisor, you will guide full-scope cross-sector intrusion testing mandates lasting one to three months. You will assess risks affecting systems, networks, and applications while collaborating with cyber defence, internal threats, development, architecture, and continuous delivery teams. Your expertise will strengthen defensive capacity.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead strategic offensive security mandates across organizational sectors
Identify and ethically exploit vulnerabilities in complex systems
Develop precise methodologies and tools for intrusion testing
Monitor emerging threats and offensive techniques
Explain findings clearly to technical and non-technical audiences
Requirements:
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field
At least eight years conducting complex penetration tests
Experience analyzing source code and security configurations
Advanced French and intermediate-advanced English proficiency
Knowledge of Windows, Linux, CI/CD, and web applications
