Field Sales District Leader Vancouver

Drive field sales leadership in Vancouver with Neo Financial, managing Store Managers, mall operations, and performance data across your district.
This District Sales Manager role oversees up to six mall locations and their Store Managers. You will support profitability, sales execution, operational standards, and Customer Acquisition Cost efficiency. Success requires direct-to-consumer sales experience, strong coaching, analytical judgment, and independent travel between locations.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage and coach Store Managers across multiple locations
Prioritize daily mall visits and district travel
Implement performance practices improving sales efficiency
Facilitate representative onboarding during mall launches
Support operational use of Google Suite and Slack
Requirements:

Seven-plus years leading field sales teams
Experience managing ten or more employees
Proven profitability and multi-location performance management
Existing network of high-performing sales representatives
Self-motivated, organized, and independently scheduled
Use field leadership, sales training, and operational discipline to support Neo Financial’s Vancouver district and Store Manager network.
