Public Company Accounting Consultant

Support public-company readiness through technical accounting, audit leadership, and financial reporting for an innovative clean-energy technology company.
As an experienced CPA Consultant, you will work closely with the CFO and executive leadership. The hands-on assignment covers month-end close, external audit coordination, cap table administration, and capital-raise reporting. It requires strong public company accounting experience and independent judgment.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage month-end close and financial reporting
Lead external audit coordination and documentation
Partner with the CFO on technical accounting
Support capital raises and public-company readiness
Provide hands-on accounting support as needed
Requirements:
CPA with strong controllership experience
Experience in public company accounting
Background in financial reporting and technical accounting
Exposure to U.S. reporting strongly valued
Experience with capital raises or equity transactions desirable
Bring public-company accounting, technical reporting, and audit expertise to a growing clean-energy organization preparing for expansion.
