Lead domestic, USA, and international shipping for Phantom Screens in Abbotsford, BC, using logistics strategy, customs expertise, and team leadership.
As Logistics Manager, you will support both Phantom manufacturing sites and Rolltec Shading in Ontario. You will lead outbound logistics, guide the Shipping Supervisor and Shipping Team, and coordinate with Operations. The role manages brokers, carriers, and third-party providers while improving network performance and control.
Key Responsibilities:

Develop logistics strategy for the Phantom network
Lead, hire, train, and develop shipping staff
Manage customs and CUSMA compliance with brokers
Select, negotiate with, and manage freight partners
Improve delivery, transit, damage, and logistics cost metrics
Requirements:

Five-plus years managing logistics in manufacturing
Experience with LTL, couriers, 3PL, and warehousing
Extensive customs and brokerage experience highly desirable
Strong ERP and advanced Excel skills
Ability to travel internationally as required
Bring strategic logistics leadership, customs knowledge, and negotiation skills to Phantom Screens' outbound operations in Abbotsford.
