As Plant Manager, you oversee daily operations while applying occupational health and safety directives and maintaining TRD certification. You lead employees, manage performance and relations, coordinate hiring and training, and participate in environmental files. The role includes emergency availability and capital investment responsibilities.
Key Responsibilities:
Apply corporate occupational health and safety directives
Ensure annual TRD program certification and compliance
Lead safety training and participate in committees
Supervise employees and manage workforce performance
Coordinate hiring, training, and job postings
Requirements:
Minimum five years of related plant management experience
Effective interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills
Problem-solving, priority management, and conflict resolution abilities
Ability to train, motivate, coach, and delegate
Knowledge of Quebec OHS standards is an asset
