High Voltage Substation Engineering Leader

As an experienced Substation Electrical Engineering Manager, you will guide technical execution for complex medium and high voltage projects. Your work spans electrical design, engineering supervision, client coordination, and cross-functional planning. The assignment covers project activities from conception through completion.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise substation electrical design and engineering activities
Plan and schedule safe, efficient engineering solutions
Mentor teams and coordinate assignments, training, and development
Collaborate with utility clients and other business units
Review engineering deliverables for schedule, scope, budget, and quality
Requirements:
Electrical Engineering undergraduate degree from a recognized university
British Columbia or Alberta Professional Engineer registration
At least 12 years of North American experience
Medium and high voltage substation design experience
Strong communication, problem-solving, critical thinking, and decision-making skills
Use high voltage engineering leadership, standards knowledge, and project coordination skills to deliver AtkinsRéalis substation work.
