Senior Learning Talent Development Partner
CROESUS FINANSOFT INC.
Shape learning strategy and talent development at Croesus, using Workday Learning and instructional design to support evolving job functions. Montréal, Toronto, and Geneva offices.
Reporting to the Vice President, Talent, Culture and Employee Experience, this senior partner structures Croesus’s learning practices. The position combines strategic advisory expertise, learning technologies, and talent management. Its focus includes scalable programs, competency frameworks, and development paths aligned with business priorities.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead and expand the Croesus Campus center of expertise
Develop training catalogs, learning paths, and operational processes
Design digital and artificial intelligence-integrated learning solutions
Oversee Workday Learning configuration and platform optimization
Measure adoption, learning transfer, and organizational performance contributions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in human resources, education, or related field
Minimum 10 years of relevant experience
Advanced hands-on LMS configuration and optimization experience
Instructional design and training content creation track record
Professional fluency in French and English
