As Regional Manager with Reesink Canada, you will oversee sales, service, and parts across four branch locations. The role develops regional plans, strengthens branch leadership, and partners with OEMs and central functions. Agricultural industry knowledge, financial acumen, and people leadership are central to this mandate.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute regional business plans for profitable growth
Champion consistent operational standards across branches
Monitor market share, margins, utilization, and availability
Support OEM relationships, programs, and product plans
Resolve escalated customer matters effectively
Requirements:

Business, Agriculture, or related post-secondary education
Leadership experience in agricultural equipment dealerships
Accountability for financial results across locations
Business planning, budgeting, forecasting, and P&L knowledge
Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
