Senior Full-Stack Engineer Elucis

Own Elucis production services as a Senior Full-Stack Engineer, applying cloud operations and security expertise from a fully remote Canadian team.
Realize Medical seeks a senior engineer to own server and web systems behind its FDA-cleared VR surgical planning platform. You will operate production services, design new systems, and remain accountable for architecture, security, and server-side operations. The work connects VR, desktop, and mobile applications.
Key Responsibilities:
Operate production web platforms and cloud services
Lead security hardening and maintain compliance evidence
Build server and web services for connected applications
Integrate hospital IT environments and enterprise single sign-on
Review backend designs and record technical decisions
Requirements:
Five-plus years operating services holding sensitive user data
Sound judgment choosing technology stacks for problems
On-premise server deployment experience in customer environments
Authentication and SSO experience with OIDC, SAML, and Active Directory
Compliance experience with SOC 2, HIPAA, or ISO 13485
Bring full-stack development, cloud operations, authentication, and security ownership to Realize Medical’s Elucis platform.
