Third Party Risk Management Manager

Lead third-party risk management at Capital One Canada in Toronto, using supplier strategy and negotiation expertise within a hybrid work model.
As Manager, Third Party Management, you will report to the Senior Manager and lead first-line supplier governance. You will partner with business customers, stakeholders, legal, Risk, and Governance teams. Your work supports strategic sourcing, contract management, compliance, and supply-chain effectiveness.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage supplier relationships across the complete third-party lifecycle
Build category strategies using market data and supplier insights
Negotiate contracts, pricing structures, and service-level commitments
Oversee supplier compliance, performance, risks, and issue resolution
Influence executives and coordinate cross-functional business outcomes
Requirements:
Seven years in third-party, procurement, or supply-chain management
Financial-services experience involving process and risk management
Experience applying OSFI Guidelines B-10 and E-21
Experience managing vendor lifecycles and commercial agreements
Experience presenting strategic business plans to VP-level stakeholders
