As Senior Site EHS Manager, you provide technical expertise and strategic leadership across multiple production lines, buildings, and support functions. You advise site leadership while influencing operational strategy, capital projects, and organizational change. The position drives CHG EHS Programs and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
Serve as senior advisor to site leadership
Lead inspections, audits, and regulatory agency relationships
Identify systemic risks across processes and equipment
Oversee injury tracking, case management, and trends
Coach leaders and strengthen EHS ownership
Requirements:
Eight-plus years in manufacturing or industrial EHS
Experience managing multiple departments or buildings
Strong business acumen and influence without authority
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Preferred CSP, CIH, CHMM, ASP, PE, or OSHA 30
Bring regulatory judgment, incident leadership, risk prevention, and influential coaching to complex site-wide EHS performance.
