Aseptic Filling Machine Product Manager

Lead aseptic filling machine strategy at Cytiva in Burnaby, BC, using market analysis and lifecycle management in an on-site role.
As SA25 Product Manager, you will manage Cytiva’s flagship aseptic filling machine across its lifecycle. You will shape feature sets, marketing, operations, and long-term service strategies. The position requires strategic focus, cross-functional leadership, and technical communication for diverse audiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Define competitive product strategies and long-term differentiation
Maintain market models, segments, and demand projections
Build install-base partnerships supporting existing customer revenue
Develop service and stocking strategies for component risks
Set annual pricing, promotion, quality, and improvement directions
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent related life sciences experience
10+ years’ related life sciences industry experience
Drug product experience preferred
3+ years leading cross-functional innovation teams
Technical communication and presentation or training abilities
Shape aseptic equipment lifecycle, market strategy, and service planning while advancing Cytiva’s flagship filling machine.
