This Lead Architect position guides innovative residential community projects from concept through construction documentation. You will direct design development, coordinate distributed professionals, and apply green building standards, energy efficiency principles, and relevant regulations. The work centers on resident well-being, community interaction, and sustainable living.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead architectural design and planning for sustainable residential communities
Develop master plans and detailed sustainable architectural designs
Oversee projects from conceptualization through construction documentation
Coordinate urban planners, landscape architects, engineers, and project managers
Present design proposals virtually to clients and stakeholders
Requirements:
Master of Architecture degree or equivalent professional qualification
At least nine years of relevant architectural experience
Strong residential design and sustainable development portfolio
SACAP registration or equivalent professional registration
Expert Revit, AutoCAD, SketchUp, rendering, and collaboration-platform proficiency
Bring sustainable design leadership, residential expertise, and remote collaboration skills to environmentally responsible community development.
