Shape game publishing at Kabam through competitive intelligence, product reviews, and launch planning from our Downtown Vancouver studio.
This Senior Publishing Product Manager supports internal and external gaming projects across the complete product lifecycle. You will research market trends, assess commercial potential, and translate insights into product, publishing, and marketing strategy. Collaboration spans Design, Finance, Marketing, Product, Player Insights, Business Development, Legal, and external studios.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate comparable titles and emerging competitive trends
Coordinate milestones, budgets, deliverables, and product goals
Conduct milestone-based reviews with Publishing teams
Maintain relationships with external development studios
Communicate roadmap and launch updates across stakeholders
Requirements:
Five-plus years of gaming product management experience
Two or more shipped games, preferably on Steam
Ability to synthesize market and player data
Experience mentoring and developing high-performing teams
Ability to balance strategy with hands-on execution
Use competitive research, stakeholder alignment, and publishing execution to strengthen Kabam games from development through launch.
