As a subject matter expert, you will shape discipline strategies with consultants and specialized subcontractors. You will optimize designs, support estimating, and maintain compliance with client requirements, codes, and standards. The work spans civil infrastructure and complex foundation challenges.
Key Responsibilities:

Review client documentation during proposal development
Establish discipline strategies and guiding principles
Optimize designs for constructability and project objectives
Develop design review procedures and mitigation measures
Resolve geotechnical and materials-related technical challenges
Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Structural Engineering specialization
Professional regulatory body membership, such as OIQ
At least 15 years' experience, including 10 years designing
Subject matter expertise in the discipline
Experience with infrastructure or complex foundation projects
