Java Technical Lead Backend Development, AWS & DevOps

Key Responsibilities
L*** backend Java development and integration initiatives supporting enterprise document management workflows.
Design, develop and maintain scalable microservices using Java and Spring Boot.
Build and support event-driven integrations using Apache Kafka.
Develop and maintain cloud-native applications leveraging AWS services, including S3, Lambda and batch processing.
Work directly with CI/CD pipelines, including troubleshooting builds, deployments and application delivery issues.
Diagnose application and infrastructure issues involving Docker, Kubernetes and containerized workloads.
Participate actively in coding, code reviews, debugging and technical problem-solving.
Provide hands-on technical l***ership and mentoring to development teams.
Coordinate technical delivery across onshore and offshore resources.
Collaborate with architects, business stakeholders and client technology teams.
Support integration with enterprise document generation, storage, distribution and e-signature platforms.
