Data Engineering Technical Lead

Lead modern data engineering with SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI at Sanimax through hybrid remote work and a flexible schedule.
As Data & Analytics Technical Lead, you will design, deliver, and operate enterprise data solutions. Translate business requirements and architectural direction into production-ready systems. Guide technical decisions across data engineering, analytics, architecture, artificial intelligence, and operations.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead design, development, and production deployment of data solutions
Optimize data ingestion, transformation, and integration pipelines
Direct engineers through design and code reviews
Apply data quality, security, governance, metadata, and lineage practices
Improve automation, DataOps, and deployment processes
Requirements:
Seven years of relevant data engineering or analytics experience
Technical leadership experience delivering production-grade data solutions
Strong hands-on SQL, Python, Snowflake, and Power BI experience
Understanding of CDC, incremental processing, pipelines, and data modelling
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent education and experience
