This senior-level individual contributor role supports OpenLoop’s mission to bring care anywhere. You will turn business vision into structured programs, connect initiatives to measurable outcomes, and coordinate Engineering, Product, and business stakeholders. Healthcare or virtual care experience is preferred.
Key Responsibilities:

Align stakeholder requests with company objectives
Make scope, timeline, and impact tradeoff decisions
Coordinate cross-team planning and dependencies
Use retrospectives and metrics to identify bottlenecks
Improve team efficiency, velocity, and communication
Requirements:

Six or more years in strategic technical roles
Experience driving programs tied to measurable outcomes
Strong senior stakeholder and executive presentation skills
Experience translating complex systems for business audiences
Healthcare, health tech, or virtual care experience preferred
Use technical fluency, program strategy, and cross-functional influence to advance OpenLoop’s scalable telehealth delivery priorities.
