General Manager for Reverse Logistics Leadership

Lead the charge in reverse logistics as the General Manager at ReturnPro. This key position demands strategic vision, operational excellence, and strong leadership to maximize facility performance.
As ReturnPro's General Manager, you will be responsible for all aspects of a busy reverse logistics 3PL facility. This includes managing safety standards, profitability, quality metrics, and building client partnerships to maintain a competitive edge in the industry. You'll thrive in an environment that encourages accountability and continuous improvement.
Key Responsibilities:
• Execute daily operations in alignment with client SLAs
• Set and manage KPIs for service and efficiency
• Monitor financials and ensure efficient P&L management
• Cultivate client relationships for strategic growth
• Implement lean practices to enhance operations
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in logistics or management
• More than 8 years experience in logistics
• Proven record of P&L ownership
• Certification in Six Sigma or lean preferred
• Knowledge of OSHA regulations
