Biotechnology Financial Planning Manager

Shape corporate financial planning at Replimune through Vena Solutions, dashboards, reporting, and cross-functional budget partnership in Woburn, Massachusetts.
This Manager, FP&A supports the Director, FP&A, while leading day-to-day planning and reporting operations. You will partner with cost center leaders on annual budgets, forecasts, and long-term plans. The position also coordinates data collection, consolidation, and presentations for executives and the board.
Key Responsibilities:
Partner with cost center leaders on budgets and long-term plans
Coordinate monthly, quarterly, annual, and long-term planning cycles
Distribute management reports and dashboards with actual variance reporting
Develop spending KPI dashboards and business driver metrics
Review purchase requisitions against the annual operating plan
Requirements:
Four or more progressive finance experience years
Two or more years on a formal FP&A team
Experience in pharmaceutical, biotechnology, banking, or consulting environments
Ability to partner with leaders across different functions
Self-motivated, accountable, personable, and highly ethical approach
Bring collaborative financial leadership, budget coordination, reporting discipline, and dashboard expertise to Replimune’s biotechnology planning team.
