Restaurant Technology Transformation Executive

Guide restaurant technology transformation for Chick-fil-A Canada through complex program leadership, platform implementation, and operational support.
This senior leader oversees technology enabling exceptional restaurant experiences for Operators and Customers. Working with internal stakeholders, third-party vendors, and the United States Center of Excellence, the role implements core restaurant systems, payment solutions, network infrastructure, and digital capabilities. The leader helps transition Canada to a new technology stack while aligning investments with expansion goals.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead technology required for successful restaurant grand openings
Oversee core systems, payment solutions, and network infrastructure
Establish support organization and service level commitments
Coordinate responses to Operators’ technical issues and inquiries
Mobilize resources to restore normal restaurant operations
Requirements:
Experience leading large, complex technical programs
Experience with development approaches and techniques
Ability to translate business needs into requirements
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Ten years of experience and bachelor’s degree or equivalent
