Build automotive dealership expertise at Humberview Volkswagen, selling parts, serving customers, and supporting technicians from Etobicoke.
As a Parts Advisor, you will work across shop, phone, counter, walk-in, and wholesale customer channels. You will help customers select parts, explain the product line, and support technicians with required items. The position offers exposure to dealership parts operations, including shipping, receiving, order preparation, and back-order tracking.
Key Responsibilities:
Sell parts through the shop, phone, and counter
Assist walk-in and wholesale customers with selections
Inform customers about available product lines
Deliver parts to the appropriate technician
Assist with shipping and receiving when necessary
Requirements:
Interest in building an automotive industry career
Ability to learn and use electronic parts catalogues
Self-motivated and energetic working style
Volkswagen product knowledge is an asset
CDK software experience is an asset
