Represent Westburne at the counter in Cobourg, combining electrical product knowledge, customer service, and warehouse order support full-time.
As a Counter Sales Warehouse Associate, you will build customer relationships while supporting Westburne’s electrical distribution business. You will provide product information, handle inquiries, process orders, and maintain stock visibility. Reporting to the Branch Manager, you will also support sales initiatives and customer experiences.
Key Responsibilities:
Provide product knowledge and answer customer inquiries
Service customers directly through counter sales
Process orders while confirming product availability
Build brand recognition as a Brand Ambassador
Reflect Westburne’s corporate image consistently
Requirements:
Approachable personality and effective communication skills
Proven ability to build customer relationships
Strong interpersonal skills and knowledge-sharing ability
Ability to adapt to a changing digital workplace
One to two years of relevant experience
Support Westburne customers with counter sales, electrical product knowledge, relationship building, and accurate order processing in Cobourg.
