Support cafe and restaurant service in Vancouver through dishwashing, food-surface sterilization, and organized kitchen maintenance. This is a full-time position.
As a Dishwasher at Holt Renfrew, you will keep dishes, cookware, utensils, and cutlery spotless. You will use appropriate equipment, verify required heat settings, store clean items correctly, and manage used items awaiting cleaning. The position also includes food-waste disposal and compliance with Health and Safety policies.
Key Responsibilities:
Keep dishes, cookware, utensils, and cutlery spotless
Use appropriate dishwashing equipment for cleaning tasks
Verify correct equipment heat settings
Sterilize food preparation surfaces at day’s end
Maintain tidy kitchens and dispose of food waste
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Excellent communication in French and English
Compliance with Health and Safety policies
Ability to store cleaned items appropriately
Ability to separate used items before cleaning
