As a Financial Services Representative, you will understand Member needs and recommend suitable financial products and services. The role combines front-line transactions, account opening, credit conversations, wealth referrals, and relationship growth. You will also support branch results and internal partners.
Key Responsibilities:
Complete front-line transactions for Members’ daily banking needs
Identify needs and recommend appropriate financial solutions
Open new accounts using account-opening strategies
Provide credit recommendations within approval limits
Refer opportunities to Wealth and Small Business partners
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or equivalent work experience is an asset
Financial services sales environment experience is an asset
Strong financial industry knowledge and business acumen
Strong negotiation, communication, and problem-solving skills
Flexibility to work evenings and weekends
