This full-time Educational Assistant position is temporary until March 12, 2027, or the absent employee’s return. You will help students access the curriculum and meet their full potential. Support is based on individual needs across classroom environments.
Key Responsibilities:

Provide classroom support based on individual student needs
Support academic, social, emotional, behavioural, and physical needs
Help students access the curriculum
Support students in integrated and high support settings
Help students meet their full potential
Requirements:

Post-secondary education in Educational Assistant or related field
Early Childhood Education or Developmental Services Worker education
Equivalent education may be considered
Experience working with students with special education needs
School-setting experience preferred; varying ages experience demonstrated
Bring student support experience and relevant education to Federal Public School as a Temporary Educational Assistant.
