The Night Shift Leader supervises Department Clerks and manages store operations throughout the night shift. This position focuses on scheduling, training, coaching, grocery orders, merchandising, and department standards. It also supports employee and customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
Supervise employees working the night shift
Schedule, train, coach, and develop night staff
Manage all facets of overnight store operations
Process and receive grocery orders
Ensure department standards and store readiness
Requirements:
High School Diploma
Minimum six months of experience
Full knowledge of department operations and skills
Proficient use of Microsoft Office Suite
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
