Inside Sales Representative in Saskatoon, SK, use customer service and sales skills onsite to manage orders, quotes, and building material inquiries.
Doman’s permanent full-time ISR creates strong first impressions while supporting accurate, efficient customer orders. The generalist role covers engineered wood products, siding, decking, railing, and other building materials. You will serve independent lumber yards, dealers, home improvement chains, industrial customers, and OEM customers.
Key Responsibilities:
Answer customer calls for orders, quotes, and inquiries
Verify requirements and maximize invoice value
Enter accurate orders into the system
Upsell complementary products and promotions
Relay vital information to operations teams
Requirements:
Excellent telephone customer service skills
Ability to anticipate customer needs
High school graduation
Comfort with Excel, Word, Outlook, and keyboarding
Excellent English communication and numerical calculation skills
