Structural Components Skilled Laborer
Atlas Structural Systems
Build pre-engineered structural components with Atlas Structural Systems using measurements, blueprints, and power tools in indoor construction work. Monday-Friday full-time hours support consistent production.
As a Skilled Laborer, you will work with a team to build components for offsite construction. The work includes connecting wooden components and other materials to design specifications. Atlas Structural Systems manufactures integrated roof, wall, and floor systems for commercial and residential projects across Eastern Canada and the US. Safety, attention to detail, communication, and willingness to learn are central to the work.
Key Responsibilities:
Build structural components for offsite construction
Take measurements and read blueprints and designs
Connect materials according to design specifications
Use power tools daily
Follow procedures and demonstrate safe work behaviors
Requirements:
Safety mindset and willingness to learn
Strong attention to detail and communication skills
Comfort working in variable temperatures
Ability to lift at least 50 pounds
Framing, construction, or power tool experience considered an asset
