Analyze banking systems and business needs as a Business Analyst at HomeEquity Bank, working in a hybrid environment with technology teams.
This Business Analyst role supports HomeEquity Bank’s reverse mortgage business and its CHIP Reverse Mortgage product. You will work with partners across departments to understand problems, identify improvements, and recommend system solutions. The position requires requirements elicitation, functional specifications, and user acceptance testing.
Key Responsibilities:
Evaluate and analyze assigned business requests
Review processes and elicit business requirements
Support system enhancements throughout development lifecycles
Document test scenarios and conduct UAT walkthroughs
Document system changes and provide user training
Requirements:
Post-secondary education or technology-related diploma
Two to three years of business analysis experience
Experience creating and validating functional specifications
Experience working with internal clients across departments
Understanding of financial and banking concepts
