Technology Contracts Business Analyst

Analyze technology agreements and procurement workflows for Humber Information Technology Services from the North Campus hybrid workplace. Apply contract judgment and clear communication.
As the Business Analyst – Procurement & Contract Analyst, you will support ITS leaders, product teams, Purchasing, Legal, Finance, vendors, and other stakeholders. Your work coordinates contracting activities, reviews business terms, identifies gaps, and supports informed decisions across concurrent requests.
Key Responsibilities:
Review technology agreements and operational business terms
Identify contractual gaps and coordinate requirements with stakeholders
Support requirements gathering and vendor communications
Coordinate evaluation, award documentation, and contract finalization
Provide guidance and recommendations on procurement matters
Requirements:
Five years’ experience in procurement, contracts, analysis, or related functions
Experience coordinating business stakeholders, Legal, Finance, Purchasing, and vendors
Procurement documentation preparation experience, including approvals
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong stakeholder management and risk identification abilities
Use business analysis, technology contract review, vendor coordination, and practical recommendations to support Humber’s digital services.
