Personal Banking Associates serve Saint-Hyacinthe customers through advice, service transactions, and digital banking education at TD Canada Trust.
This branch role focuses on building lasting customer relationships and addressing financial needs. You will guide customers toward appropriate staff, banking solutions, new accounts, and investment advice. The position supports frontline operations within Personal and Commercial Banking.
Key Responsibilities:
Engage customers through advice needs and service transactions
Resolve customer problems related to banking solutions
Educate customers about mobile, ATM, and online banking
Support scheduled cash and non-cash frontline transactions
Recommend improvements supporting customer experience and operations
Requirements:
High School diploma and/or one year relevant experience
Complete IFC or equivalent within 90 days
Use Microsoft Office, branch software, and internet
Understand banking solutions and processes
Communicate courteously and effectively with customers and teams
Bring customer experience, banking knowledge, sound judgment, and organization to TD Canada Trust in Saint-Hyacinthe.
