Sephora Operations Team Lead

Lead Sephora store operations in Edmonton through inventory management and operational excellence. This is a full-time position at AB-So Edmonton Common.
As Team Lead, Operations, you will directly manage the Operations team at a specific Sephora location. You will support staffing, overnight stock, operations leadership, and overall store execution. The position combines process leadership with client and Beauty Advisor engagement on the sales floor.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead store operations according to company standards
Manage shipping, receiving, returns, and cycle counting
Oversee merchandising concepts, visuals, and cleaning crews
Maintain supplies, testers, samples, budgets, and quantities
Provide feedback and participate in performance management
Requirements:
One to three years in a similar role
Experience in a similar volume store or equivalent
Ability to influence peers and provide feedback
Strong store operations skills
Effective time management and problem-solving skills
