This Service Advisor position supports customers through maintenance and repair decisions while protecting accurate warranty processes. Dilawri is seeking someone with at least two years of automotive Service Advisor experience, strong organization, and clear customer communication. You will verify warranty coverage, obtain approvals, explain charges, review vehicle history, and recommend services based on time, mileage, and manufacturer guidance.
Key Responsibilities:
Verify warranty coverage and secure appropriate approvals
Recommend maintenance and additional services using vehicle history
Obtain pre-authorizations, parts availability, and customer payments
Prepare and explain repair work and charges
Provide finance with warranty expiration information
Requirements:
Two or more years as an automotive Service Advisor
Understanding of brand, maintenance, and warranty requirements
Ability to address customer concerns and complaints
Computer literacy and willingness to learn programs
CDK or Dealer-FX experience considered an asset
Use warranty expertise, maintenance knowledge, and accurate explanations to guide Capilano Audi customers through automotive service decisions.
