Shape exceptional menswear service as a Client Experience Leader at Harry Rosen, using coaching and performance leadership in Vancouver.
Harry Rosen seeks a full-time permanent leader for its Oakridge Park store. Reporting to the Store Leader, you will develop retail professionals across sportswear, footwear, accessories, outerwear, tailored clothing, and made-to-measure. Your focus includes sales productivity, client loyalty, training, and digital initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
Coach Clothing Advisors and Specialists on sales productivity
Drive Herringbone adoption and digital sales goals
Build omni-channel clients across store and online channels
Administer onboarding and assigned training programs
Complete one-on-one meetings and performance assessments
Requirements:
Three or more years of retail leadership experience
Ability to manage store or department operations
Proven documented coaching and development record
Understanding of luxury retail business planning
Retail experience across menswear departments preferred
Bring menswear knowledge, team development, and digital customer experience leadership to Harry Rosen’s Vancouver store.
