Food Service Unit Manager

Lead food service operations as a Unit Manager, using inventory control and sanitation knowledge to support a clean, well-stocked workplace.
This Unit Manager role requires at least two years of related food service management experience. You will maintain pantry and kitchenette standards, coordinate inventory, receive guests and deliveries, and provide basic product information. Key Responsibilities:
Log and maintain food temperatures
Replenish food, beverages, and service items
Clean and maintain pantry, kitchenette, and equipment
Maintain inventory levels and place orders
Receive guests, deliveries, packages, and approved vendors
Requirements:
At least two years of related food service management experience
Strong motivation, mentoring, leadership, and management skills
Detail-oriented approach and strong team participation
Outstanding client relationship and communication skills
Proven Microsoft Office skills in Word, Excel, and Outlook
