Key Responsibilities:
Provide safe, high-quality patient-centred care
Deliver family-centred care within the health care team
Apply nursing processes to patient care
Use critical thinking and problem solving skills
Follow legislation, standards, policies, and procedures
Requirements:
Complete an accredited practical nurse education program
Hold active or eligible Alberta LPN registration
Maintain a practice permit with the CLHA
Hold current Basic Cardiac Life Support certification
Possess a driver's license and required vehicle
Bring practical nursing, critical thinking, and decision making skills to patient and family-centred Home Care services in Smoky Lake.
