Support the Store Manager in leading daily operations
Drive sales and deliver exceptional customer experiences
Coach, develop, and motivate team members
Execute visual merchandising standards
Assist with inventory management and store organization
Foster a positive, high‑performance team culture
What We’re Looking For:
Retail leadership experience
Strong communication and customer service skills
A results‑oriented and team‑focused mindset
Flexible availability, including evenings and weekends
Passion for fashion and retail
