Rotary offset press experience and mechanical skills are central to this permanent, full-time manufacturing role in Quebec, Canada.
Workland is recruiting a Web Offset Press Operator for an established commercial printing leader with Quebec production facilities. This experienced operator will help run advanced web presses while developing technical versatility. Daily work includes equipment adjustments, production changeovers, quality checks, and preventive care.
Key Responsibilities:

Participate actively in all production phases
Complete make-readies and adjust press settings
Keep printing materials and supplies continuously available
Identify operational issues and improve press efficiency
Share complete information during shift handovers
Requirements:

Five or more years operating rotary web presses
High school diploma or DES
Practical ink-handling and printing-process knowledge
Sheet-fed press experience is an asset
Dependable, detail-oriented, and adaptable work style
Use your rotary offset expertise, equipment knowledge, and organization to support consistent production quality in Quebec.
