As a Conflicts and Business Intake Analyst, you will research databases, evaluate search results, and prepare accurate conflict reports. You will open matters, review amendments, maintain records, and support compliance with firm policies, regulatory requirements, and law society obligations.
Key Responsibilities:

Execute conflict and business research searches across multiple databases
Analyze results and prepare accurate reports for legal professionals
Open matters and validate requests, amendments, and documentation
Maintain data integrity within client and matter systems
Troubleshoot workflow issues and support process improvements
Requirements:

University degree or college diploma preferred in information disciplines
Minimum three years’ legal or professional services experience
Advanced research, analytical, investigation, and problem-solving skills
Database, Intapp, accounting software, and Microsoft Office proficiency
Strong communication, organization, accuracy, and confidentiality
Bring database research, conflict analysis, and intake expertise to Osler’s legal operations while protecting client interests and data integrity.
